Catskill Regional Medical Center's Grover M. Hermann Hospital Division is located 2 miles south of the village of Callicoon on New York State Route 97. The NYS designated Rural Critical Access Hospital offers a broad array of community health services. Grover M. Hermann Hospital primarily serves patients within western Sullivan County as well as surrounding communities in Delaware County, New York and eastern Wayne County, Pennsylvania.

The CRMC Grover M. Hermann Hospital provides the following clinical patient care services:

• 24-hour on-site staffed Emergency Room coverage with prompt patient examination and treatment
• Medical In-Patient Hospitalization services
• Bridge to Home Short-Term Nursing Home patient services
• Outpatient Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services
• Outpatient Radiology Services
• Outpatient Laboratory Services
• EKG testing

The Grover M. Hermann Radiology Department has significantly expanded on-site outpatient radiology services. Radiology technicians are on-site Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. The expansion of evening hours is designed specifically to accommodate patients with daytime jobs.

The Grover M. Hermann Division received a $139,700 Small Health Care Provider Quality Improvement Grant from the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA) to support community outreach programs on chronic disease. Recognizing the importance of proper disease management, the hospital has developed a free monthly series to increase the public's awareness and understanding of a variety of chronic diseases, as well as the health care services and support programs available locally. Grover M. Hermann Auxiliary

The Auxiliary was established in 1971 to promote the Grover M. Hermann Hospital and community relations. Through fundraising, the Auxiliary enhances patient care by purchasing equipment and or items which directly or indirectly affects patient well- being and comfort.

In recent years the Auxiliary has provided the following through fundraising activities:

• Recliners in patient rooms
• Emergency Room system upgrades
• ER Pediatric Cart
• Physical Therapy Room acoustic/sound proofing
• Memorial Bench and tree in memory of Mary Cade
• Paved the rear parking lot
• TVs in Physical Therapy and Main Lobby
• DVD in Physical Therapy
• $750 Health Education Scholarship
• Sponsor and assist with the Annual Health Fair
