Must have an associate degree in Alcohol & Drug Counseling from an accredited college or and Associates Degree in Liberal Arts or a license & current NYS registration as a CASAC.   Prefer at least 2 years professional counseling experience with Alcohol/Drug abuse population.


CLIENT ADVOCATE

R.I.S.E.

Part Time, Monday - Friday varied hours. Qualified candidates must have exp. in counseling/community outreach & providing prevention education to school aged youth. Strong assessment skills & BA in Human Services req'd.


DIETARY

AIDE

Various Days & Hours. Duties may include patient visitation, tray assembly & distribution, maintain patient related records, dishwashing, pot washing, general sanitation & cleaning kitchen equipment & pantries. High school diploma/GED preferred. Must have ability to read, write & speak English and follow written & oral instructions.  Experience in health care environment desirable, but not required.


COOK

Various Days & Hours. Performs a variety of cooking responsibilities for patient, residents, cafeteria & special functions. Is responsible for preparation & cooking of hot & cold items, and sanitation, checks orders, & stores and rotates food purchases. High school diploma preferred. Ability to read, speak, and write English & follow written & oral instructions.  Minimum 1 year experience in institutional food production or equivalent.


GENERAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST/AP CLERK

FISCAL DEPT.

Full Time. Monday - Friday. 8:00a-4:00p. High school diploma or equivalent with business courses. Ability to perform basic functions on a desk calculator. One year bookkeeping experience preferred.  Experience in a health care environment desirable but not required.

HRIS/BENEFITS COORDINATOR

Full Time~ Monday - Friday, 8:30a-4:30p OR 9:00a-5:00p. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree in related field & one year benefits experience, Associates degree in related field & 3(three) years benefits experience, 5 (five) years benefits experience, and/or and equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill, & abilities.


MDS COORDINATOR

Wonderful opportunity for a NYS licensed RN with a minimum of two years experience as a staff nurse in long-term care. PRI certified and knowledge of state & federal regulations regarding long-term care and resident assessment required. BSN and MDS exp. & certification pref'd.  Knowledge of MDS 2.0 req'd and familiarity with MDS 3.0.


NURSE PRACTITIONER

Monday - Friday 7a-3p.  1-2 weekends a month. Occasional holidays. Current licensed & registered in New York State. Current ACLS, NYS infection control, ATLS equivalent . One year (minimum) hospital based experience.

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR OF NURSING - ER

Full Time. Qualified candidates must have 3 years experience as an ER nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience in a nursing managerial position. Responsible and accountable for the management and quality of nursing care while ensuring throughput concepts and patient flow are maintained. NYS RN l.icense, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required.
